What does this actually cost?

The first call is free. A Workflow Sprint is a fixed quote agreed before we start — typically in the range of a month of the salary the workflow saves. Tool subscriptions (usually ₹0–₹5,000/month) are billed to your own accounts, so you see the real running cost from day one.

Do we need technical people on our side?

No. We build in tools your team already understands or can learn in an afternoon, and the handover assumes zero technical background. If a workflow needs ongoing engineering, we'll tell you before we build it — not after.

What happens to our data?

Workflows run in your accounts, under your control. Where data is sensitive, we default to private options — including local models that never leave your machines — and we'll flag the trade-offs of every tool we recommend.

What if AI isn't the right answer for us?
